Luseland Theatre is back with a new projector and a new sound system.

Luseland Theatre likes to be able to show movies for kids, especially Disney movies. These movies are well attended and result in a lot of happy movie goers. Unfortunately the license to show a Disney movie cost $189 and does not allow us to advertise or charge admission. This limits the number of Disney movies we are able to show. Luseland Theatre is looking for sponsors to pay the license for these movies so that we can show more Disney movies. Tax receipts for donating the cost of a license would be available from the Town Office and we would advertise the sponsor of the movie on our Facebook page and at the theatre. If you are interested contact Micheal Hagel at 372-7265 or email us at for more information. Luseland Theatre recently purchased and installed a HDMI extender. What does that mean? It means that we now have an HDMI port by the screen and it would be possible to hook up and play a game system at the theatre. Right now this would only work for game systems that have HDMI outputs. We are working on making it so systems that don't have HDMI outputs can be hooked up. The cost to rent the theatre for use with a game system is $50 for the first hour and $25 for each additional hour. There will be limits on the number of hours the theatre could be rented depending on the time of rental and parental supervision. A few weeks' notice is needed to make sure that workers for the theatre are available. If you are interested in renting the theatre for use with a game system contact Micheal Hagel at 372-7265 or email us at for more information.
